Experience

For almost two decades, Amanda J. McKechnie has provided legal counsel to California’s leading construction and business companies with respect to their real estate, corporate, business, contract and compliance matters. Amanda is a seasoned attorney with significant business litigation and counseling experience specializing in contract, design, construction, development, and compliance. In addition to her litigation and general counseling work, she also has experience in vendor relationships, management, logistics and contract negotiations for new product development. Amanda is committed to presenting complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner to both savvy and novice clients alike. Amanda has been adjunct professor at the University of San Diego Paralegal Program for more than five years where she teaches Business Litigation.

Amanda was born, raised and continues to live in San Diego. She enjoys salsa dancing, sports, traveling to destinations unknown, and spending quality time with family and friends.

  • Globe Aware – Volunteer with an international organization in Peru, Cuba, and Thailand- focus on the promoting of cultural awareness and sustainability by implementing community projects in various international host communities.
