Experience

Lori Dunivan has over 30 years of civil litigation experience in Southern California. She has represented and advised individuals, land owners, business owners, product manufacturers/distributors, engineers, developers and subcontractors in all phases of litigation and has handled a broad spectrum of matters including construction defect, real estate transaction disputes, contract and business disputes, product liability, premises liability and appeals.  Ms. Dunivan has extensive legal writing experience which includes a wide array of pleadings, demands, discovery, motions, trial and appellate briefs, jury instructions, settlement agreements, releases, and proposed orders, findings, statements of decision and judgments. Prior to joining THOMAS|LUCAS, Ms. Dunivan was with the law firm of O’Connor, Packer & Dunivan for 28 years, and a partner/shareholder of that firm for 20 years.
