Experience

Scott Hilberg has primarily focused his practice over the last 20 years on multi-party litigation involving design professionals, contractors and developers in construction/design defect, delay and cost-overrun cases. Representative projects have included residential and commercial construction, water and wastewater treatment plants, hotels, schools, libraries, hospitals and churches.

Mr. Hilberg has diversified his practice in recent years into product liability, consumer goods and appliances, personal and bodily injury.
