Experience
As Managing Partner of THOMAS | LUCAS with over 30 years litigation experience, Wayne Thomas has handled all aspects of civil litigation including numerous Superior Court jury and bench trials, mediations and arbitrations. Together with senior trial counsel Tim Lucas, they have assembled a highly qualified team of experienced attorneys and support staff specializing in general civil and complex litigation.
Mr. Thomas is a third generation contractor and a first generation lawyer. He has been actively involved in the construction of a variety of projects including multi-family housing tracts, motels, condominiums, custom homes, mobile home parks, commercial and light industrial buildings. Through his development company, he continues to be involved in construction and real estate throughout California and the Pacific Northwest.
